The Manager will report on items of operational interest.
ACTION 8. Fiscal Audit
The Manager will present the Fiscal Audit of funds for 2006-2007.
ACTION 9. MVCAC Research Foundation Funding Request
The Manager will recommend the District participate in assisting with the Research Foundation budget on an annual basis.
10. Board of Supervisors Meeting – December 4, 2007
The Manager will report on his presentation concerning the Eastern Tulare County Control effort this past summer.
11. MVCAC Workshop December 11-12, Sacramento
The Manager will report on the business conducted at this planning workshop.
12. City of Visalia/ District Boundary
The Manager will report on the recent discussion with Leslie Caviglia, Deputy City Manager regarding the southern boundary issue.
13. Use of Facility by TAA Club
The District has received an informal request to use the building for the regular meetings of the Tulare Astronomical Association. The Manager will request permission to develop a policy allowing for use of the facility by nonprofit organizations through Dale Bacigalupi.
ACTION 14. Holiday Ham
The Manager will request permission to purchase and distribute the annual Holiday Hams to all employees.
15. Policy #2119 Review
The Manager will request that the Board review and give direction pertaining to the requirements of this policy and the timelines therein.
16. Adjournment
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, January 9, 2007, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
