6.  Operational Report

                             The Manager will report on items of operational interest.

7. Cooperative Agreement

The Agreement between California Department of Public Health and the District will be discussed.

8.  WNv End of Year Report

     A final summary of the season will be provided by the Manager.

9.  MVCAC Quarterly BOD Meeting

                 The Manager will report on the events of the recent meeting.

10. VCJPA Membership Inquiry

The Manager will discuss the inquiry being made of the Vector   Control JPA for insurance services.

11. Kings MAD Employee Sharing

      The District’s employee sharing agreement will be discussed.

12. LAFCO

The Manager will report on his attempts to have LAFCO consider the issue of the City of Visalia being served by two districts.

13. Reappointments

 The appointments to the Board for Exeter and Tulare County expire December 31^st.  The Manager will seek guidance in making notification for reappointment.

14. Adjournment

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
