6. Operational Report
The Manager will report on items of operational interest.
7. West Nile Report
The Manager will report on current conditions locally, regionally and statewide.
8. First Quarter Expenditure Report
The Manager will go over the fiscal standing of the District through September.
ACTION 9. Non Elective Component – Health Care Coverage Limits
The Board will establish the non-elective portion of the health premium – that amount which is required to be used toward premium - as the District is in the midst of the annual open enrollment period.
10. Boundary Review
The Manager will provide an update and seek direction concerning the District’s boundary in south Visalia.
11. MVCAC Regional Representative
The Manager will seek guidance in the event Delta is asked to serve as representative for calendar year 2008.
ACTION 12. Fall Luncheon
The Manager will request the staff be recognized for the effort put forth in the 2007 season with a lunch at a local restaurant with the District serving as host.
13. Adjournment
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, November 14, 2007, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
