The Manager will recommend the Board re-affirm the Code as presented for 2008-2009.

 

9.      Grand Jury Response

The Manager will go over the Report on Boards and Commissions with the Trustees.

 

10.  Tulare County LAFCO

The Manager will report on the East County Mosquito Abatement Project.

 

ACTION         11. CSDA Annual Conference, September 22 – 25, Irvine

The Manager will request authorization to attend the California Special Districts Annual Conference.

 

ACTION         12. SOVE Annual Meeting, September 28 – October 2, Fort Collins, CO

The Manager will request authorization for the Assistant Manager to attend the SOVE Annual Meeting.
