8. Tulare/ Delta Sphere of Influence Discussion

The Manager will report on the Tulare MAD Board decision regarding Delta VCD’s request to detach/ annex an area in South Visalia.

ACTION         9.   MVCAC 77^th Annual Conference, Burlingame, Jan 25-28

The Manager will request travel approval for staff to attend the conference.

ACTION         10. Holiday Ham

The Manager will request authorization for the distribution of a holiday ham to each employee for extraordinary performance this past season.

11. Adjournment

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
