The Manager will report on items of operational interest.

 

ACTION         7.   Engagement Letter With Michael Oxenreider, CPA

The Board will consider contracting with Mr.Oxenreider for an audit of the 07/08 fiscal year’s accounting.

 

ACTION         8.   Systems Administrator

The Manager will present the job description for Board consideration.

 

ACTION          9.  Actuarial Valuation of the Other Post Employment Benefit Programs for

Delta Vector Control District

The Manager will present the valuation and make a recommendation concerning such.

 

ACTION         10. 2008/09 Fiscal Budget

The Manager will present the budget for Board consideration and adoption.

 

ACTION         11. Vehicle Bid

The bid for the Manager’s vehicle will be considered for Board approval.

 

ACTION         12. California Employer’s Retiree Benefit Trust Program (CERBT)

The Board will consider a resolution authorizing prefunding of OPEB through CalPERS.

 

ACTION         13. MVCAC Summer Board of Directors Meeting, Elk Grove July 24, 2008

The Manager will request travel to the meeting with one night stay at the Holiday Inn.

 

ACTION         14. Adventure Park

The Manager will recommend that the annual picnic be held at Adventure Park.

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
