The District Budget with final numbers from Tulare County will be presented for adoption.
10. MVCAC/VCJPA – National Cotton Council v. EPA – Rehearing
The Manager will report on the Sixth Circuit decision and the effort going forward at the state level.
11. Hayashida Architects
Progress regarding questions from the Site Plan Review meeting will be reported on.
ACTION 12. SCI
The Board will consider a formal proposal by SCI regarding a benefit assessment.
13. Adjournment
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, September 9, 2009, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
