The Manager will report on items of operational interest.
7. Tulare/ Delta Sphere of Influence Discussion
The Manager will go over the valuation of the Tax Rate Areas in South and West Visalia. Discussion will center on the approach regarding detachment/ annexation with Tulare MAD.
ACTION 8. Rawhide Outing
The Manager will seek approval of the event for employees and family.
9. Redevelopment
The Manager will report on AB1389 and the effects to District Revenues.
10. Laboratory
The Board will discuss the Architect selection for the Concept Phase of a laboratory Building project. Discussion about funding avenues available will also take place.
11. Adjournment
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
