ACTION 11. Three Year Audit Proposal
Michael L. Oxenreider, CPA has offered a three year contract which will be considered by the Board.
12. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeal Update
The Manager will bring the Trustees up to date regarding National Cotton Council v. EPA.
13. Hayashida Architects
The Manager will review the progress of the concept drawing of the laboratory.
