7. Operational Report
The Manager will report on items of operational interest.
ACTION 8. Scope of Work Proposal
The Board will consider the proposal by Hayashida Architects for the Laboratory – Concept Phase.
9. WNV Surveillance
Lab staff will present the surveillance plan for the coming season.
10. 2008 Annual Report
The Manager will present the latest draft of the first annual report.
11. Seasonal Hiring
The Manager will give an update as to the recruitment just completed for this years summer help.
ACTION 12. Label, Calibration, Respirator Training
The Manager will detail the training to be completed this month and request a barbeque lunch be provided during the session.
ACTION 13. AMCA
The Manager will request that Katherine Ramirez, Biologist be authorized travel to the Annual Conference in New Orleans, April 5 – 9.
14. MVCAC
The Manager will announce that the Association will hold their Spring Board of Directors meeting May 7-8 in Visalia at the Marriott.
15. Adjournment
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees.
