Ministerial Action on a Resolution overlooked when joining VCJPA in 2008.

The Board will adopt the response plan recently updated by CDPH.
12. MVCAC Quarterly BOD meeting Visalia May 7-8
The Manager will report on the success of the conference.
ACTION 13. Trustee Corporate Board Contact
The Board will select a representative to be the contact for the Trustee Regional Representative of the South San Joaquin Vall ey.
ACTION 14. Research Project
The District will consider the directing of funds to UC Davis for resistance testing.
15. State Budget
The Manager will report on the election and the proposal to shift 8% of 08/09 District revenue to the state.
16. Company Outing May 29, Visalia Rawhide
The event will be discussed and a head count of Trustees attending will be made to learn of agenda needs on that date.

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
