The Manager will report on items of operational interest.

 

ACTION         9.   Fiscal Audit 08/09

The Trustees will consider Adoption of the Fiscal Audit for the year 2008/2009.

 

ACTION         10. Non-Elective Component

The Trustees will take action to set the non-elective component, the amount required to be used for health insurance of the total amount designated for health benefits.

 

11.  West Nile Virus

The Manager will present a year-end analysis comparing 2005 – 2009 statistics.

 

ACTION         12. Argo

The Manager will request the purchase of a surplus vehicle from the Mosquito and Vector Management District of Santa Barbara County.

 

13.  SCI Survey

The Trustees will receive an update as to the mailing and other relevant news.

 

14.  Farmersville Appointment

The Manager will announce the recent action by the Farmersville City Council.

 

15.  Adjournment

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
