This is the time for citizens to comment on subject matters that are not on the agenda that are within the jurisdiction of the Delta Vector Control District.

6. Public Hearing

Public Hearing and Consideration of the Levy of Assessments for the Proposed Improved Mosquito, Vector and Disease Testing and Control Assessment for the Delta Vector Control District.

7. Operational Report

The Manager will report on items of operational interest.

8. Quarterly Expense Report

The Manager will provide the 3^rd quarter expense report.

9. OPEB Trust Actuarial Valuation

The Manager will provide the Actuarial Valuation Report for the CalPERS OPEB Trust, CERBT

10. Adjournment

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
