ACTION 12. Audit
The Trustees will consider the engagement of Michael Oxenreider, CPA, for the 2009/10 Annual Audit.
ACTION 13. California Special District’s Association Annual Conference
The Trustees will consider the travel and registration request to send the Manager and Administrative Assistant to the Conference in Newport Beach, CA, September 20-23.
ACTION 14. Society of Vector Ecology Annual Conference
The Trustees will consider the travel and registration request to send the Assistant Manager and Biologist to the Conference in Raleigh, NC, September 26 – 30.
