1. Roll Call
ACTION 2. Approval of November Minutes

5. Public Forum:

6. Operational Report:
The Manager will report on items of operational interest.
7. Building Project Update:
The Manager will bring the status of the project up to date, including anticipated schedule.
8. MVCAC Workshop:
The Manager will discuss the recent Board Workshop of the MVCAC, including the Coalition effort to enter into an NPDES Permit agreement with the State of California Water Resources Control Board.
ACTION 9. MVCAC Annual Conference, Indian Wells, Jan 31- Feb 2:
The Manager will request budgeted travel approval for staff to attend the conference.
ACTION 10. Holiday Ham:
The Manager will seek approval for the annual distribution of a Holiday Ham for employees. Employees will have the value of the ham added to their W-2 statement so as to not be receiving a gift of public monies.
11. Recognition of Trustee Dozier :
The Delta Vector Control District Board of Trustees will recognize the service of Harold Dozier, Dinuba as he retires as Trustee to the District Board.
12. Adjournment:
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
