The Trustees will hear an overview presentation of the Proposition 218 Assessment Ballot Proceedings that have been prepared for consideration.

 

            8. Improved Mosquito, Vector and Disease Testing and Control    Assessment. The Trustees will consider the following ACTION items:

ACTION                   ●    10-01          A Resolution Adopting Proposition 218 Assessment Ballot Proceedings Procedures.

ACTION                   ●    10-02          A Resolution Initiating Proceedings, Providing Intention to Levy Assessments, Preliminarily Approving Engineer’s Report, and Providing for Notice of Hearing, and the Mailing of Assessment Ballots for the Delta Vector Control District, Improved Mosquito, Vector and Disease Testing and Control Assessment.

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
