A Resolution Retaining The Services Of The Tulare County Registrar Of Voters For Purposes Of Counting, Tabulating, And Canvassing The Ballots From The Proceedings Initiated By The Board Of Trustees By Its Resolutions 10-01 And 10-02
The Delta VCD Benefit Assessment Ballot mailing will be discussed.
9. NPDES PERMIT
The Manager will update the progress that is being made between MVCAC and State Water Resources Control Board for acquiring the Statewide General National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit for Pesticide Spray Applications to Waters of the United States to Control Adult Mosquitoes.

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
