The Manager will present the contract with Hayashida Architects.
9. Michael Oxenreider Fiscal Audit
The Manager will present the Fiscal Audit for 2009/2010.
10. MVCAC Quarterly Meeting Report
The Manager will provide the Trustees with a report on the meeting including the progress with the NPDES Permit with the State Water Resources Control Board.
11. Adjournment
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, December 8, 2010, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
