7. Operational Report
The Manager will report on items of operational interest.
ACTION 8. CM Construction Services, Inc.
The Manager will present a contract outlining the scope of work and compensation in consideration of CM Construction Services performing as Project Manager.
ACTION 9. Loan Resolution
The Manager will present a resolution for the loan application from Municipal Finance Corp.
ACTION 10. Dedication of Land.
An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Fee Interest will be considered by the Board as part of the permit process requirements of the City of Visalia.
11. Building Project
The status of the project with respect to permits, architectural drawings, etc. will be reported on to the Trustees.
12. Quarterly Financial Report
The Manager will give the status of current revenue/ expenses through September 30.
ACTION 13. VC Tech III
The Manager will recommend filling the VC Technician III position, left vacant for several years.
ACTION 14. CDPH - Cooperative Agreement.
The Board will consider the Agreement for the calendar year 2011.
ACTION 15. CalPERS Annual Conference – October 25 - 27, Indian Wells
The Manager will request travel approval for Sheri Davis, Administrative Assistant to attend.
ACTION 16. VCJPA/ MVCAC Quarterly - November 2-5, South Tahoe
The Manager will request travel approval for him to attend.
17. Reappointments
Trustees Evan Long, Belen Gomez, and Harold Dozier have terms ending in 2010. The Manager will inquire as to their desire to continue with another term.
18. Adjournment
Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
