6. Operational Report

The Manager will report on items of operational interest.

7. Building Project Report

The Board will receive an update on the progress of the project.

ACTION 8. Irrevocable Offer of Dedication in Fee Interest.

The Board will consider the dedication of land to the City of Visalia along the frontage off Houston Ave.

9. State Controller Report

State Controller reporting requirements of salary, pension benefits and other compensation will be discussed.

10. NPDES Coalition/ SWRCB Permit

The Manager will provide a report on the Permit and Coalition progress.

11. OPEB Actuarial Valuation Engagement Letter

The Manager will discuss the offered engagement letter in determining our Other Post Employment Benefits liability.

ACTION 12. VCJPA Annual Meeting March 2-4, Seaside Embassy Suites

The Manager will seek travel authorization for himself and Sheri Davis, Administrative Assistant to attend the meeting of our risk management administrator.

ACTION 13. AMCA Annual Conference March 20-24, Anaheim Disneyland Hotel

The Manager will seek travel authorization for Yolanda Lourenco, Asst./Manager and Katherine Ramirez, Biologist to attend the annual meeting of the American Mosquito Control Association.

ACTION 14. Rawhide

The Board will consider attending a Rawhide baseball game for the District’s annual outing.

15. Adjournment

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, March 9, 2011, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
