Public Hearing and Consideration of the Levy Assessments for the Improved Mosquito, Vector and Disease Testing and Control Assessment for the Delta Vector Control District for Fiscal Year 2011-12.
ACTION 3. Consideration of Resolution 11-03
The Trustees will consider the Resolution Approving the Engineers Report, Confirming the Assessment Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering the Levy of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2011-12 for the Delta Vector Control District, Improved Mosquito, Vector and Disease Testing and Control Assessment.
ACTION 4. Award of Bid – Delta Vector Control District Laboratory Addition – Resolution 11-04
Staff will report on the solicitation of bids and recommend Resolution 11-04 authorizing a bid award for the Project to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
ACTION 5. Approval of May Meeting Minutes.

11. ERMA Pooled Wrongful Employment Practices
The Board will hear about recent modification to the compliance program insuring that all members have received mandated sexual harassment training.
