Minutes of the Board of Trustees – Tuesday, March 22, 2011.

1. Roll Call:

Present:     President, Evan Long; Secretary, Belen Gomez; Larry Roberts; Richard Phillips, Farmersville

Absent:     Bette George and Rosemary Hellwig.

Staff:                     Manager, Michael Alburn.

2. Approval of Board Order No. 20:

The Board considered the Commercial Building Permit fee of $25,305.08.

Following Discussion, it was moved by Larry Roberts, seconded by Richard Phillips and unanimously carried that the Board Order be approved as mailed.

3. Adjournment:

The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
