AGENDA:

1. Roll Call

2. Building Project

The construction project will be discussed and progress updated.

ACTION              3.   Approval of September Minutes.

ACTION              4.   Approval of September Bills

ACTION              5.   Approval of October Payroll

ACTION              6.   Approval of Deutsche Bank Bills

      7.   Public Forum

Public Comment

8. Operational Report

The Manager will report on items of operational interest.

9. Regional Water Quality Control Board

The Manager will discuss the recently submitted NOI and PAP.

10. Quarterly Revenue/ Expense Report

The Manager will go over first quarter numbers for the 11/12 Budget.

11. Fiscal Audit

The Board will receive the annual fiscal audit for review and discussion with the Manager during the month of October.  Action to Accept the Audit will be available at the November meeting.

12. CSDA Annual Conference

Attendees will give a report on the recent conference.

ACTION              13. MVCAC Annual Conference

One budgeted travel spot remains for the Conference.  The Manager would like the Trustees to consider another member attending January 29 – February 1, Burlingame.  If no one is interested a staff member will be requested to fill the opening.

ACTION              14. CDPH - Cooperative Agreement.

The Board will consider the Agreement for the calendar year 2012.

15. Board Appointments

The appointments for Exeter, Farmersville and County At-Large end on December 31, 2011.  The District would like to send a letter on behalf of the current appointee as to their desire for reappointment or retirement to/ from the Board.

16. Adjournment

Adjourn the meeting of the Board of Trustees to reconvene on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, 7:00 p.m. in the Delta Vector Control District Boardroom, 1737 W. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA.
